Pearls
A pearl is a hard, roundish object produced within the soft tissue (specifically the mantle) of a living shelled mollusk. Just like the shell of mollusks, a pearl is composed of calcium carbonate in minute crystalline form, which has been deposited in concentric layers. The ideal pearl is ptly round and smooth, but many other shapes of pearls (baroque pearls) occur.
We at EAT Gallery love the unique and unusual. Because of this, we offer a variety of colored, and different shaped, pearls that other jewelers do not have. Tahitian black pearls, coin pearls, fireball pearls, and a multitude of multicolored strands all waiting to be draped delicately around your neck. Also carried are pearl earrings, bracelets, cuffs, and rings.
